Full & Part Time positions

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Remote or from our office in London or Dublin

Contract: We see this role being full-time, but we can look at a part-time (30-hour week) contract for the right person

Reporting to: Head of Marketing
 Line Manager to: Digital Marketing Intern

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as our Digital Marketing Executive. The role will primarily support the Head of Marketing to deliver a wide range of marketing strategies & digital marketing campaigns. There is a particular focus on social media, email, PPC & SEO. Gen Z is our core demographic, so a love for youth marketing & travel is a must.

 

The role:

  • Implement the approved paid social media advertising plan to meet awareness, traffic and on-line sales targets
  • You’ll be accountable for our organic social media channels; to engage and grow our followers and bring our brand personality to life. However, you’ll have the assistance of a social media intern to support you in the day-to day management of these channels, including content creation and fulfilment
  • Creating engaging content and articles for our blogs and web
  • Ensuring web copy is always up to date, relevant and SEO focused
  • Creating effective email marketing campaigns, monitoring the results and driving increased conversions
  • Monitor and optimise digital campaigns
  • Support the Head of Marketing with the day-to-day management of our paid media agencies including PPC, VoD & display
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement and ad spend return on investment
  • Help deliver all digital marketing activity as part of our B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with current digital trends and marketing technology

 

About you:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience in Facebook Ad manager + setting up paid social ads
  • You’ll love travel and have a passion for the Gen Z market
  • Have an exceptional eye for detail
  • A belief in the value of using data to make decisions
  • A drive and desire to get stuck in and be self-starting
  • The usual stuff like being able to use Office and write an email clearly without mixing up ‘they’re’ and ‘their’
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and organisation

We function as one unit, The Inspire Education and Travel Group, with most of the team working across both brands, USIT & BUNAC. Do you love travel, or are you dreaming of travelling abroad after graduating? Are you looking for a side hustle that is flexible enough to fit in with your Uni schedule? Then becoming a BUNAC Brand Ambassador may be the perfect fit for you!

 

We’re looking for outgoing and creative students to represent BUNAC on campus. We need Brand Ambassadors who can increase the profile and awareness of BUNAC programmes like Work America, Summer Camp USA & Work Canada etc. 

Your Core Duties

  • To represent BUNAC on your universities campus
  • Identify key events at your university for BUNAC to attend and/or sponsor
  • To promote BUNAC and BUNAC programmes on campus through the distribution of posters and flyers as you see fit/as needed
  • Provide support at BUNAC information sessions and events in the area, as well as taking part in any other promotions that may arise during the year
  • Generate ideas for promoting BUNAC products and services on campus
  • Receive feedback from other students within the college and pass this onto the BUNAC marketing department in the form of bi-monthly reports, with any and all information that may be of interest to BUNAC (such as student trends on campus etc.)
  • Take photos and videos to be shared on BUNAC's social media platforms
