Why your help is needed
Thailand is a nation of friendly, generous and kind-hearted people and you can be sure that wherever you go you’ll be greeted with a smile. The schools you will be located at for your internship are around Kanchanaburi where students may have never met a Westerner before. Therefore, your presence as a teaching intern will have a great impact on the kids and you’ll be greeted with enormous excitement and curiosity.
As in many countries in the developing world, education is not universally available to all children and as a teaching intern you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing your pupils with an improved quality of education.
