Where will I be living?
Your accommodation will be shared bedrooms and bathrooms in a local family near to your volunteer placement. Typical food will include fresh vegetables, beans and rice for an evening meal and pancakes, fruit or cereal for breakfast, both of which are provided for you. Living with locals will give you the chance to become fully immersed in the local culture. Houses can be basic and electricity and water supplies may be intermittent. Enjoying home-cooked food, sharing stories and life experiences and learning the local language gives volunteers a unique and truly memorable experience, and families do all they can to help make them feel part of the family and the local community. In most cases homestays are just a short walk from project locations.

If you would prefer to stay in private accommodation while on this project, this location does offer upgrades. Contact us for more information, or mention to your Country Expert who will be able to assist you.
Who will I be working with on my project?
