Job Roles
Front desk receptionist: It’s the front desk receptionist’s job to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to customers also assisting with day to day operations.
Overnight Front Desk Receptionist: Taking care of the overnight operations for the hotel whist providing excellent customer service.
Spa Receptionist: Handle all spa bookings while providing exceptional customer service.
Housekeeper: It is the housekeeper’s responsibility to make sure all bedrooms, Onsen and public areas are clean.
Ski Valet: Ski Valets assist guests’ with all their equipment needs, including the exchange and storage of ski and snowboard gear.
